Excellent question! Our 10,000 square foot facility with four shared kitchens and storage gives up-and-coming food and beverage entrepreneurs a place to do their thing — to prep for catering orders, host events, bake beautiful pastries for local coffee shops, bottle sauce found on the shelves at Whole Foods, you name it. But we’re more than just a production space. We provide a whole host of services that help launch and grow small businesses so that they’re not alone in the endeavor. Furthermore, we are tightly knit, supremely supportive community that comes together around food.

Negatory. Just like a restaurant, we are licensed to serve beer, wine and liquor. We will create any sort of beverage program you can dream up, often partnering with DC’s beloved bartending community. We prefer to source from local brewers and distillers, but we also have access to the sizable inventories of major distribution companies in the area.
